Appetite Suppressants

There are several types of appetite suppressants, including phentermine and phendimetrazine, both of which I’ve personally tried. While they have similar effects, the experience was far from ideal. Both medications gave me a surge of energy, almost like I had consumed too much coffee, which left me feeling jittery and a bit shaky. They did suppress my appetite, but they also caused severe constipation, requiring additional medication to manage. Occasionally, I experienced heart palpitations, which is definitely a red flag.

Phentermine is typically taken once a day, while phendimetrazine is taken two or three times a day due to its shorter duration of action. I used both drugs for several months a few years ago, but honestly, there’s no comparison—semaglutide has proven to be a far superior option. If you’re considering an appetite suppressant, I would highly recommend trying semaglutide first.
