Sleep has always been a struggle for me, especially with my OCD, and it’s only getting harder. To manage, I follow a few key strategies:
I start with a warm shower before bed, signaling my body to wind down, followed by a calming skincare routine while listening to soothing meditation music. I also use Cymbiotika’s topical magnesium oil spray and their liposomal sleep supplement.
Sticking to a consistent sleep schedule, even on weekends, improves my rest. I also read for 30 minutes in bed with a red light mask and keep my phone on "Do Not Disturb" from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. This helps me unwind and get better sleep.
