Every six weeks, I microneedle my temples and hairline using the M8 Ultima Pro Pen from Dr. Pen.
Alternating between the 16 and 36 needle heads, the process is mildly painful but tolerable.
I microneedle at my hairline and temples, going over the same area three times. Then I party my temples and hairline one inch back from my forehead and microneedle again, still going over each area three times.
Microneedling can stimulate hair regrowth by creating tiny wounds in the scalp, prompting a healing response that boosts hair follicle activity.
I always follow up with Minoxidil, hoping for deeper penetration. There is decent science behind microneedling. It’s quick and the cost is low, so it’s a yes for me.
